Had a great stay! The hotel is super clean and updated, plus it's just a quick walk to Van Andel for concerts. I loved the rooftop bar; it’s a perfect spot to unwind with a cocktail after a long day. The location really made exploring the area easy and enjoyable!

On the downside, I found the parking situation pretty misleading. You have to park in a public structure and it adds extra fees you don’t expect.

I was here for 1 night and ate at rooftop restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Great service, though a few employees were exceptionally rude. The hotel had a central location and it was short walk from First.

Cool spot that's super clean and nicely done. The blackout curtains were a win, and the espresso machine was a fun surprise. You can walk to Van Andel easily, which is a major plus. Just wish they had regular coffee in the room and valet parking would’ve been nice. Parking's a hassle if you're carrying a lot.
